BMW's curved Interaction Bar — also referred to as the curved display or curved screen — is a single seamless glass panel that combines the digital instrument cluster and the central infotainment screen into one curved unit. It was introduced on G-series models from 2021 onwards and is now standard across the updated 2 Series G42, 3 Series G20 LCI, 4 Series G22/G23, M2 G87, M3 G80/G81, M4 G82, and the fully electric i4 G26.
Because the curved display uses a different CAN-bus signal path to the earlier separate-screen clusters, a dedicated device variant is required. Our curved screen mileage blockers are engineered specifically for this architecture — they are not interchangeable with the standard (non-curved) device versions for the same model.
At checkout, you select your generation and confirm whether your vehicle has the curved display. The correct device version is then supplied automatically.
We do not currently have a mileage blocker available for the following BMW curved screen models. Our engineering team are actively working on solutions for each of these platforms. There is no confirmed release date at this stage, but we are close to a resolution on several of them.

Choose your BMW model from the product page. At checkout, select your exact chassis generation (for example G20 LCI or G42) and confirm that your vehicle has the curved Interaction Bar display.
The device connects inline with the existing wiring harness behind the instrument cluster. No cutting, soldering, or ECU coding is required. Installation typically takes under 30 minutes.
Hold the BC button for 5 seconds to cycle through operating modes. Five modes are available, controlling what percentage of actual mileage is recorded. The device can be removed at any time with no trace.
Yes. The BMW 4 Series / M4 product includes a curved display variant for the G82 M4 and G22/G23 4 Series with the Interaction Bar. Select the curved display option at checkout.
Yes. The BMW 3 Series / M3 product covers the G80/G81 M3 and G20 LCI 3 Series with the curved Interaction Bar display. Select the curved display generation at checkout.
Yes. The BMW 2 Series / M2 product includes a curved display variant for the G87 M2 and G42 2 Series. Select the curved display option at checkout.
Yes. The i4 G26 was launched exclusively with the curved Interaction Bar display. The BMW i4 product is engineered specifically for this architecture.
The curved Interaction Bar is a single seamless glass panel that spans from behind the steering wheel across to the centre console. If your instrument cluster and infotainment screen appear as one continuous curved unit, your vehicle has the curved display. It was introduced on G-series models from 2021 onwards.
No. The curved Interaction Bar uses a different CAN-bus signal path to earlier separate-screen clusters. A dedicated device variant is required and is not interchangeable with the standard version for the same model. Selecting the wrong variant at checkout will result in the device not functioning correctly.
Not yet. We are actively developing solutions for the X5 LCI (G05 facelift), X7 LCI (G07 facelift), and the new 5 Series G60 / i5 G60 curved screen platforms. There is no confirmed release date, but our engineering team are close to a resolution. Contact us to be added to the notification list.
