Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped from the territory of the United Kingdom. Delivery of all international orders will be by DHL Express or UPS (fees are charged at point of sale) and is aimed to be delivered within time frames specified during checkout. These time frames are indicative only, and while we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery within these periods.

It is the Seller's responsibility to provide commercial paperwork for all products, including the mileage stopper and odometer stopper, to the freight company. Doing so will prevent holds, returns, additional fees, or other complications from entering the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any resultant import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. The Seller will accept no responsibility for import taxes resulting from the order.

Delivery of UK orders will be by Royal Mail First Class Signed For (Free shipping) or DHL (express shipping). Please note that DHL collections are once daily, and the Seller is unable to guarantee collection on the day of the order.

Refund and Return Policy

All purchases from MileageBlocker.com qualify for our 14-Day Money Back Guarantee, which allows you to return your product within 14 days from delivery. If you wish to return an item, you must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) via email at info@mileageblocker.com.

The return address will be provided in the Return Authorization email. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be retained and returned in undamaged condition.

Any orders completed on the website and subsequently cancelled or returned before or after being processed will incur a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order value towards the costs of administrative activities and payment processing fees. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Products you buy from our store do not include customs duties. Depending on your country’s customs policy, you will have to pay import duty and import sales tax. If you choose to place an order in our shop, you accept this policy. If you then refuse to accept the package, we will have to charge you for the shipping and return costs.

Any returned package that has not been received by us and for which a tracking number cannot be provided will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

Hardware and Software Warranties

All purchases from MileageBlocker.com carry a 12-month warranty. Any shipping and customs charges incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Software included within any of our products, such as the mileage blocker, is not guaranteed to work on every software variant of the vehicle that it is attempted to be used on. We update our software regularly, so you should wait until the unknown variant is added.

The dates described for the operation of any of our software will show either the year of software operation, or a from and to date of software operation, or a from date to an unspecified date of software operation.
